Terms and Conditions

 The pest control service will be carried out in accordance with industry best practices and regulations. The service includes treating any pests covered by the agreement and providing written reports after each visit.

1. The client is responsible for minimizing pest issues by following the pest control specialist's recommendations
2. . Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date for account customers, or at the time of treatment for one-off services
3.  The business can adjust pricing to account for additional services or cost increases
4. The business does not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury unless caused by their negligence. Notice of any such issues must be provided within 5 days
5. The contract can be terminated by the business if the client breaches their obligations, or by the client with 30 days' written notice, though the client may be liable for the remaining contract term
6.  The business provides a satisfaction guarantee and will re-treat areas at no additional charge if the customer experiences pest issues between regular visits, as long as the customer is cooperating as required
7.  The business cannot guarantee complete elimination of pests or prevention of re-infestations from neighboring areas
8.  The customer must provide access and cooperate for the services to be effective
